► FOR THE FIRST TIME IN KOKAN, A WORKSHOP FOR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH TOURISM AT DAPOLI.
DEWS (Danish Education and Welfare Society) is working since 2009 at Mumbai and kokan region to uplift society through various programmes like Goal Setting, Personality Development, Motivational Guidance, Vocational Guidance, Parenting Skills and much more.
This time DEWS is conducting a workshop for employment opportunities through tourism in Kokan region for the natives, on Sunday, 9th October 2016, at Dapoli, Ratnagiri district.
“This kind of programme has never happened before at Kokan region. For first time in the history of Kokan we are conducting such a workshop. The workshop will train the participants on how to start a small scale business at your doorstep by utilizing the existing resources” said Akhalaque Nagothane, President of DEWS.
The Workshop features guest speakers who are considered experts in the industry, like; Professor Basheer Maroof will talk on Tourism related growth, Mr. Munaf Wadkar on Tourism related business opportunities and Dr. Zafarullah Dalvi on Practical ways to start a resort.
“The forthcoming workshops will be held at Shrigaon beach- Palghar district, Shrivardhan at Raigad district and Sindhudurg” , said Akhalaque Nagothane, President of DEWS.
It is a must attend workshop for the native Kokanies, those wants to start a business at same region at doorstep by utilizing the existing resources.
